A deposit of 100 EUR (per week of booking) and completed booking form by the person responsible for the reservation, required to secure reservation.
The balance of total amount plus 80 EUR damage deposit is due 4 weeks before commencement of stay. Damage deposit, less cost of electricity and oil will be returned by bank after the cottage has been checked for damage or any shortfall.
Deposits will be refunded, less administration cost (30 EUR), if cancellation is notified in writing 42 days in advance, otherwise it will be forfeited.
From June to September, the cottage is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Outside these months, the cottage is available mid-week and weekends.
Departure time is 10.00 a.m. and arrival time is between 3.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. If you wish to arrive later please let us know in advance.
Each cottage is fully equipped to cater for 8 persons. Linen (except towels), cooking utensils, delph and cutlery are provided. Should the number of adult occupant exceed 8 the clients are liable to have their reservations cancelled at the discretion of the management.
There is an open fire place and also oil fired heating throughout the cottage. Cooking is by electricity and the kitchen has ample storage presses, a refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, an automatic washing machine & dryer, dishwasher and a microwave oven.
Electricity and oil are charged at the current rate per unit. Turf for the open fire can be purchased at 3 EUR per bag.
Occupants of the cottage are responsible for damage to the premises or the equipment.
IMPORTANT : It is an express condition of this booking that the management is relieved of liability for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by the patrons or their property.
The person in charge of the cottage may, at all reasonable times, visit the cottage.
No dogs or pets allowed.
The owner or person in charge of the cottage is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departure.
The cottage and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
SERVICE : please notify the caretaker immediately of any shortcomings in the cottage so that it can be remedied.
